March Favourites

Okay, so I enjoyed writing my February favourites a little too much and it was my most liked post so far so I thought I might write one every month. I’m not gonna lie, it’s mainly going to be beauty, I just love beauty products! So heres a round up of this months faves:

Firstly, can we just talk about pretty little liars?! I know i’m not the only one who has been impatiently waiting to find out who A is and now i’m desperate for season 6 to start! I don’t want to give anything away but that show is bloody amazing and i’ve been addicted this month!

I’ve just caved and bought myself some ‘grown up shampoo and conditioner’ to tame my curly, thick hair. The Kerastase bain satin 2 shampoo and mask for dry thick hair is lovely. It lasts a long time and makes my curls more defined, hair softer and the colour look brighter. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pricey, but I feel like it’s worth it. I bought it from allbeauty.com which was a little bit cheaper than buying it from my local salon.

Benefits coralista blush has been a favourite of mine for the last 5 years maybe? This is my second one and I have hit pan so hard that I fear its only days away from crumbling away from the sides of the box. It’s £23.50 but it lasts such a long time! This one has been hanging in there for over 2 years, which is pretty damn good in my books! I love it mainly in the spring and summer but I do wear it all year round. It’s a lovely shimmery coral colour and looks great with my fair skin and blonde hair.

I’m onto my second Supercat eyeliner. I know you’re not meant to keep eyeliner longer than about 6 months but I’m not very good at remembering so this is another product that has good lasting power! It’s very easy to use, gives a nice dark line and is a bargain at £6 (I think). If you like winged liner, you should definitely give it a try!

I’ve only every tried two things from Champneys but I have been pretty impressed with both of them. I have been really enjoying using this hand cream this month, it hasn’t got a very strong smell and leaves my hands baby soft! It sinks in really quickly and isn’t very greasy which is something I hate in hand creams! The packaging is a little old fashioned for my liking but the product is good and Champneys is quite reasonably priced and available from Boots.

Last month I told you about my love for the Body Shop cleansing balm. Well….. I caved and went into the shop and bought a few more things. Their vitamin E toner was on the top of my to buy list as I was nearly out of my Estee Lauder toner which I wasn’t happy enough with to warrant buying again. The Body Shop toner is so hydrating and has a really nice consistency. It is a thicker liquid that soaks into the skin really quickly and has quite a nice neutral smell. I like the pink bottle too!!

My final favourite for the month is my J’adore Dior perfume. I always found Dior perfumes too heavy until I smelt this. It is hands down my favourite perfume that i have found to date. I was bought it by my lovely boyfriend for christmas and I have been savouring it ever since. I cannot describe perfumes at all but I get so many compliments when I wear it and it lasts all day. Again, the only downside is that it is quite pricey but we all need a little luxury right? And can we just note how cute the bottle is?!

What are you’re favourites for this month? I’m always on the lookout for new things to buy!!

Much Love

xoxo
