Compared to yesterday, this is going to be a very short post. The weather is way too hot for me and its taken all my energy to type these words lol! I do not cope well in heat and the air is just so thick and muggy its horrible! I’ve loved using quite a few things this month but a lot of them were things I have already mentioned a few times throughout the month so I thought I’d save you the boredom and stick to 4 quick and simple yet amazing beauty items!
- The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet – Even in this stifling weather, this is still so cool and refreshing in the morning! My skin has been neither oily nor dry in the slightest and my makeup sits on top of this really well. A little goes a long way with this and it does take some time to get used to the texture when you are rubbing it in as it is quite watery! This retails for £12, which for an effective moisturiser is pretty cheap in my eyes! This will be perfect for the summer and I am so happy I picked it up!
- Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara – Despite having others on the go, I always seem to gravitate towards this one at the moment. It is quick and easy to apply and does not leave my lashes ‘crunchy’ or brittle. It removes really well and doesn’t smudge out around your eyes towards the end of the day. What more could you ask for really? I have written a full post on this here if you fancy checking it out!
- No7 High Shine Lip Crayon in Delicate Pink – Throughout summer, I love lip products that you can just chuck on with very little attention required and this really does fit the bill! It has a lovely soft pink colour with loads of glossy shine and just looks subtle yet adds a pop of colour. I’ve been reaching for this a lot recently and would definitely recommend you check them out if you haven’t already! They are £9 for the full size. I have the travel size as I got it as part of a No7 freebie set but the travel size is lasting me ages!
- The Body Shop Vitamin E Eyes Cube – Now, I have no idea why they call this a cube because its a cylinder, however, this is such a amazing and handy little product! I pop this under my eyes morning and night and they seem to look visibly brighter, my dark circles have lessened and its keeping my eye area hydrated. Tick, tick and tick. Oh did I mention it’s also only £8? Add one to your next order, you won’t regret it!
What have you been loving this month? Sorry this is a shorter post but needs must when the weather and full time employment take over! Theres some fun things coming up on my blog this month including Guest blogger week, travel week and hopefully, some great pictures of my upcoming trip to Budapest, so make sure you keep stopping by to have a read! Thanks again for taking the time to have a little looksie at my post!
